EBL installed a larger 6 line zipline tour, with take of towers, tree platforms, and stairs. Located on a local ski resort, the zipline tour was installed for new company owners. Safety training was provided for complete operations. Unique qualities about this installation was the requirement from the BLM to conduct the entire build when the ground was covered with snow; minimizing ground and plant compaction. During construction, many days were spent digging out the tools and lumber or spent staying warm in subzero working conditions.
All structures are engineered by a Alaska licensed Professional Engineer, conform with the Professional Ropes Course Association Ropes Challenge Course and Canopy Zip Line Tour Standards established in 2003, and other local requirements.
