EBL partly financed this tour and installed, trained, and maintained the tour for five years. It was built as part of a larger company called the World Botanical Gardens (WBGI). WBGI since has gone bankrupt due to poor leadership and restructured as World Botanical Adventures.

When EBL controlled this tour, all structures where engineered by an Hawaii licensed Professional Engineer, using EBL proprietary designs and previous engineering, conformed with the Professional Ropes Course Association tour Standards, and other local requirements. The tour is currently reopened by a third party and EBL assumes no liability nor makes any claims to the safety of the current tour.
